Article 1 (Purpose of Processing)

Hyun Geun Soft (the "Company") operates Bujasaju.net (bujasaju.net) and Petsaju (petsaju.net) and processes personal information for the purposes below. It is not used for other purposes, and we will ask for consent before any change of purpose.

• Membership: providing member services, identity verification, preventing misuse
• Service: providing AI Saju, tarot, palm, face and pet readings; confirming payments and sending receipts
• Subscription: sending weekly fortune emails to subscribers (members can pause and resume at any time)

Article 2 (Information Collected)

• Sign-up and login: name (nickname), email address, profile picture (optional)
• Payment: order number, amount, date and time, paying account email. Card numbers, phone numbers and other payment details are handled directly by the payment processor; the Company does not receive or store them.
• Service use: date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, gender
• Palm, face and pet photos: photos uploaded for analysis are deleted right after the analysis and are not stored on our servers.
• Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, visit time, service usage records

Article 3 (Retention Period)

• Member information: until account deletion
• Payment records: 5 years under the Korean Electronic Commerce Act
• Service access logs: 3 months under the Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company does not, in principle, provide personal information to third parties. To confirm payments, we provide the payment processor with the order number, amount and paying account email.

• PortOne Co., Ltd.: payment processing and verification
• Kakao Corp.: Kakao login, KakaoPay payments
• PayPal: international payments
• Google LLC: Google login, AI reading generation (Gemini), email delivery (Gmail)
• Naver Corp., X Corp., Meta Platforms, Inc.: social login
• Akamai Technologies (Linode): server hosting (data storage)

Article 5-2 (International Transfers)

• Akamai Technologies (Linode) — Japan: all member and service data, stored on our server until account deletion
• Google LLC — United States: date and time of birth, gender, name (optional) and analysis photos are sent over an encrypted connection when a reading is requested, and handled under Google's API data policies
• PayPal — United States and other countries: PayPal collects and processes payment details directly for international payments
• If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you may close your account or stop using the relevant service, which may limit your use of the Service.

Article 6 (Your Rights)

You may request access to, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by emailing bujasaju.net@gmail.com.

Article 8 (Cookies)

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.

Article 9 (Changes)

This policy may be updated when laws, policies or security technology change. Changes are announced on the website. If a translated version differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

Article 10 (Use of YouTube API Services)

The Company uses YouTube API Services to publish its own content to its own YouTube channel. This use is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of personal information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• Scope of use: We use YouTube API Services only to upload our own videos to our own channel. We do not collect, store or analyze any YouTube data of our users.
• Information stored: Only the channel owner's OAuth 2.0 token is stored, encrypted, on our server.
• Deletion: The token is destroyed without delay when the purpose ends or the integration is disconnected. No data obtained from YouTube is retained.
• Revoking access: You can revoke access at any time on the Google security settings page.
