- "User"refers to members and non-members who agree to these terms and use the Service.
- "Member"refers to an individual who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, allowing them to continuously use the Service.
- "Subscription"refers to the payment method by which a user pays to use a paid service for a specific period.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms)
These terms and conditions apply to all users who wish to use the Service. The Company may change the terms and conditions if necessary, and the changed terms will become effective 7 days after public notice on the website.

Article 5 (Subscription and Payment)

② Payment Method
We support Credit/Debit Card (NICEPAY), Kakao Pay, Danal (Mobile Payment), Cultureland Gift Certificates, and PayPal (International Payment).
③ Auto-renewal
For the 1-month plan, auto-renewal is optional, and users can cancel auto-renewal at any time in their subscription settings.
Article 6 (Refund Policy)
- If the service has not been used, a full refund is possible within 7 days of the payment date.
- If the service has been used, the refund will be processed after deducting the amount corresponding to the period of use.
- For the 7-day trial plan, refunds may be restricted once the report has been viewed.

Article 7 (User Responsibilities)
- Users must not unauthorizedly collect or use other people's personal information, or provide it to third parties.
- Users must not unauthorizedly duplicate, distribute, or sell analysis results obtained through the service.
- Users must not engage in any activities that disrupt the normal operation of the service.
- Users must not provide false information when registering for membership.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)
The Company may restrict or suspend service provision in the following cases:
- When there is a technical necessity, such as system checks or server replacement.
- When an unavoidable reason occurs, such as a natural disaster or national emergency.
- When a user violates these terms and conditions.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights for content provided by the service (analysis reports, algorithms, designs, etc.) belong to the company. Users may use this content for personal purposes only; commercial use is prohibited.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute related to the use of the service, the company and the user shall endeavor to resolve it through mutual agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern, and the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the company's location.
